When new clients leave happy with their lashes, they will be willing to promote you and your services. I always reward my existing clients with a dollar amount toward a future appointment for every referral they send me. You decide what works for you and set an amount that feels right. Some professional lash artists offer a free fi ll for every full set referred; others give a $10 to $20 discount off the client's next appointment. There is no concrete rule here. Some clients will jump on the referral discount, while others see no value. You will always end up with a few clients who are your mainstays in this area. These rock stars will keep a steady stream of new clients looking for your amazing services. Remember to thank these clients with a little "extra" every so often.
